The Establishment of the System for Rewarding Winners of National and International Science Olympiads and Their Teachers in New Uzbekistan, and Achieved Results

Abstract

The system for rewarding students who win national and international science Olympiads and their teachers aims to enhance the level of science and education, assist in the intellectual development of youth, and present their achievements to the wider public. This process not only focuses on recognizing individual achievements but also serves the broader goal of developing the entire education system. The implementation of such a system stimulates students' interest in science, increases intellectual activity, and encourages their innovative and creative thinking. 

Moreover, students and their teachers who succeed in international science Olympiads significantly contribute to improving the country's image in science and education. 

This article discusses the recent focus on developing the education system in our country, particularly the improvement of the mechanism for properly rewarding the winners of national and international science Olympiads and their teachers, as well as the achieved results.
