The specialized linguistic examination of insults plays an important role not only in legal discussions, but also contributes to a deeper understanding of human communication. It helps to identify and protect individual rights, as well as to form public awareness of the norms and standards of communication. Continuing research in this area will serve to build a more just and responsible society, in which respect for the dignity of each person will become one of the main values. This article discusses these issues.
