Authors submitting manuscripts to Master Journals must ensure that their work is original and properly attributed to the relevant sources.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Directly copying verbatim text from another source without proper citation.
  2. Paraphrasing or rephrasing text from another source without proper attribution.
  3. Self-plagiarism, which involves reusing substantial parts of one's own previously published work without proper acknowledgment.

To detect and prevent plagiarism, all submissions to Master Journals are subjected to thorough plagiarism checks using reputable plagiarism detection software. If plagiarism is detected in a submitted manuscript, the following actions will be taken:

  1. The manuscript will be rejected and will not be considered for publication.
  2. The author(s) will be notified of the plagiarism violation.
  3. The incident will be documented in Master Journals' records.
  4. Depending on the severity of the plagiarism, further actions may be taken, including notifying the author's institution and banning the author(s) from submitting to Master Journals in the future.

Authors are reminded to carefully cite all sources used in their work and to ensure that their submissions are original and free from plagiarism.

Retraction Policy:

Master Journals takes seriously its responsibility to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. In cases where published articles are found to contain significant errors, inaccuracies, or ethical issues, the following retraction policy will be implemented:

  1. Requests for retraction may be initiated by the authors, editors, readers, or other concerned parties who identify serious concerns about the validity or integrity of a published article.

  2. The editorial board will thoroughly investigate all requests for retraction, involving appropriate experts if necessary, to determine the validity of the concerns raised.

  3. If the concerns are found to be valid and the article is deemed to contain significant errors, inaccuracies, or ethical violations, a retraction notice will be issued.

  4. The retraction notice will be prominently displayed on the Master Journals website and clearly linked to the original article, providing an explanation for the retraction and detailing the reasons for the decision.

  5. The retracted article will remain accessible on the Master Journals website, but it will be clearly marked as retracted, and a note will be added to indicate the reasons for retraction.

  6. The authors of the retracted article will be notified of the retraction and the reasons for it.

  7. In cases of ethical misconduct or serious breaches of publication ethics, Master Journals may also take additional actions, such as notifying the authors' institutions or funding agencies, as appropriate.
