this article analyzes the importance of axiological approaches in developing empathic skills amo's future military personnel. The study explains how the value in the npr, patriotism, responsibility, solidarity, empathy and ethical norm in the military to contribute to the development of education. It also highlights the interactive instruction, such as when metho psychological training, reflective activities, situational analysis, and providing communications technologies as effective for enhancing empathic competence.
