The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly transformed the educational process and created new opportunities for foreign language instruction. This article explores the role of electronic and methodological support in the development of students’ English communicative competence. The study emphasizes the integration of digital learning resources, interactive platforms, multimedia materials, and innovative teaching methods to enhance students’ language skills. Particular attention is paid to the formation of communicative competence through technology-assisted learning environments that promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The article analyzes the pedagogical potential of electronic educational resources and proposes methodological approaches for their effective implementation in English language teaching. The findings indicate that well-designed electronic and methodological support contributes to increased learner motivation, autonomous learning, and improved communicative performance. The study highlights the importance of combining modern educational technologies with communicative language teaching principles to achieve better learning outcomes.
