Internationalization globalization student competitiveness

This article examines the pedagogical technologies for developing students’ competitive qualities in the context of the internationalization and globalization of education. The growing integration of national education systems into the global educational space has created new expectations for graduates, requiring not only strong professional knowledge but also adaptability, communication skills, digital competence, creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. The article analyzes the potential of competency-based, student-centered, project-based, collaborative, and problem-oriented learning technologies for strengthening students’ competitiveness. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital educational resources, interactive methods, interdisciplinary learning, and practical activities into the educational process. These approaches create opportunities for students to develop independent decision-making, teamwork, leadership, professional communication, and continuous self-development skills. The study emphasizes that student competitiveness should be understood as an integrated combination of professional, personal, social, and digital qualities. The findings demonstrate that systematic application of modern educational technologies can create favorable pedagogical conditions for preparing students to respond effectively to changing professional requirements and participate successfully in the global educational and labor environment.
