The purpose of the study is to identify the aspects of professional outcomes associated with the development of an individual’s competence, motivation, responsibility, self-assessment, interpersonal relationships, and subsequent professional growth. The study has a theoretical and analytical design and is based on the analysis, comparison, and synthesis of scientific literature, regulatory and legal documents, and international materials related to professional military education.
